Assuming you'ved configured your ProjectWise Network Control Panel correctly (see here for details), the most likely cause of the HNTB datasources not appearing in your ProjectWise Explorer is a firewall issue. Firewalls are designed to block network traffic as a security measure. Your computer has a firewall and your company has one more firewalls protecting their network as well.
ProjectWise Explorer uses TCP port 5800 to communicate with our servers. If your firewall blocks this port it would prevent HNTB datasources from appearing. The instructions below are for testing if your computer can talk to HNTB's ProjectWise server over port 5800.
pwping is a command-line tool that ships with ProjectWise that can provide more details about a connection and if there are firewall or other problems with the network.
To use pwping open a command window (cmd.exe) and do the parts highlighted in bold yellow below. Copy/paste or take a screenshot of the results and send it along with your other information when you contact support.
